Facade Improvement Grant Program

April 1, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority (FLURA) Facade Improvement Program is a competitive grant program meant to encourage property owners and tenants of buildings within eligible portions of Fort Lupton's historic commercial core to make exterior improvements that will revitalize the area and attract customers to shop, dine and do business in Fort Lupton.
The Facade Improvement Program will provide up to a 50% match to projects that are awarded by the FLURA Board. The Grant is to be used for eligible costs of facade improvements as detailed in the Program Guidelines and only to properties located within the designated Facade Improvement Program Area. Both commercial and residential properties are eligible.
The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority has allocated $40,000 for the Facade Program in 2017.

Applications may be submitted electronically or in hard-copy format by any one of the following delivery methods:
Hand-Delivery. Hand-delivery of Facade Program Applications (either electronic or hard-copy) must be delivered during business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding holidays) to City Hall at 130 S. McKinley Avenue, Fort Lupton, Colorado so they are received by the deadline date of April 1st at 5:00 PM. Hand-delivered Applications should be labeled to the attention of the Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority.
Email. Facade Program Applications may be emailed to email@example.com by no later than April 1st at 5:00 PM. Please enter "Facade Program Application" in the subject line of the email.
