Building Permit Applications (See below)
Applications for a building permit with the City of Fort Lupton are now submitted through Cascade (Note: Cascade is not supported by Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) Cascade will be now take place of the paper applications for permits only! (make sure you completely fill out all of the values and submit required drawings and documents.) Paper applications will still be accepted for those that may not have access to digital resources, please understand your permit will still be submitted through Cascade so an email address is required.
Before applying for a building permit, you must register as a contractor ("Register as Contractor") or homeowner ("Register as Public") first. Tutorial videos detailing the registration process can be found here.

Public Works permits can now be submitted through Cascade, you will not need to create another log in. For more information on what permits are required click here!

Global (online) Payments (Not available yet)
Until online payments have been set up, you may pay for your permit/license by the following methods; over the phone, walk or mail in with a copy of your invoice.
How do I print my permit?
While it is encouraged to apply for your building permits on Cascade, we understand that there may be instances where you need to submit a hard copy instead. Those applications are available below or at City Hall:
